Hosting and traffic information
The website is hosted on OpenAI Sites. The host processes requests, operational logs, security signals, and Sites-native page-view and unique-visitor measurements needed to operate and understand the website. No external analytics product or advertising tracker is added at launch. Browser, host, and network behavior may change, so this notice does not promise cookie-free operation or a particular data-residency location.
Early Access information
Early Access collects a required email address and audience, consent version, request ID, and timestamps. It is used only for beta eligibility, invitation status, launch availability, and materially related Early Access communications. Records expire 180 days after the most recent relevant interaction and are deleted sooner on withdrawal, fulfilment, deletion request, or when no longer needed.
Contact information
Contact collects a required request type and email address, one optional structured non-case topic, acknowledgment version, request ID, and timestamps. Neither public form provides a free-text narrative or name field. General, privacy, and accessibility records are deleted within 90 days after resolution. Security reports are kept only as needed and no longer than 12 months unless a longer period is legally required.
No evidence or legal intake
Do not submit evidence, files, case narratives, legal questions, court records, deadlines, medical or financial information, Social Security numbers, opposing-party information, credentials, or confidential or privileged material. The public website is not connected to the EMB application or an evidence database.
Access, deletion, and correction
Use the Contact page and choose Privacy or deletion request. Provide the email address used for the website record and select the relevant structured topic. The operator can locate, export, resolve, delete, purge, and verify deletion of Site form records. No public email address is offered.
