The website is hosted on OpenAI Sites. The host processes requests, operational logs, security signals, and Sites-native page-view and unique-visitor measurements needed to operate and understand the website. Google Analytics 4 is used for website usage measurement through Google tag G-TV627MGLNZ. Browser, host, network, and Google tag behavior may change, so this notice does not promise cookie-free operation or a particular data-residency location.
Early Access information
Early Access collects a required name, email address, user type, selected non-sensitive evaluation reason, consent version, request ID, status, and timestamps. It is used only for beta qualification, human approval, invitation status, launch availability, and materially related Early Access communications. Records expire 180 days after the most recent relevant interaction and are deleted sooner on withdrawal, fulfilment, deletion request, or when no longer needed.

New general, privacy, accessibility, and website-security inquiries are handled by email at PR@evidencemadebrief.com. The former public D1 Contact form is retired and no longer accepts submissions. Existing structured Contact records are preserved only for their original operational, resolution, retention, and deletion purposes. General, privacy, and accessibility records are deleted within 90 days after resolution. Security reports are kept only as needed and no longer than 12 months unless a longer period is legally required.
